How to Find Us
Walking and public transit: From Vancouver, take the No. 257 or 250 Blue bus from various stops along Georgia Street to Horseshoe Bay. Walk onto the BC Ferry to Bowen Island. Davies Heritage Orchard is a short walk west along Bowen Island Trunk Road. There are two entrances, at the cenotaph walk south along the boardwalk and just past Doc Morgan's Pub there is a path up to the heritage cottages If you stay on Trunk Road and walk past the cenotaph, you will come to Cottage Lane, between the Tuscany Restaurant and the Barber Shop. Walk along Cottage Lane to Davies Orchard.

By car: If you are visiting Davies Heritage Orchard, you will not need a car. If you wish to visit the rest of the island, you might consider bringing your car onto the island but there is a taxi service (Bowen Land and Sea Taxi - 604 250-TAXI) and there are commuter buses (with a limited schedule). If you plan to leave your car in Horseshoe Bay, take Highway #1 to Horseshoe Bay and take the "village" exit. Park either in the parkade immediately off the exit ramp or in parking lots closer to the terminal. Street parking is limited and closely watched. If you bring your car, BC Ferries carries both cars and passengers. The ferry schedule varies seasonally and should be consulted for both arrival and departure times. Most importantly, you should allow extra time and patience for line-ups. http://www.bcferries.com/schedules/mainland/biva-current.php. Once on Bowen there are paid parking lots at the Union Steamship Marina and further west along Trunk Road, beside the General Store. The is limited free parking on the south side of Trunk Road, within Davies Orchard and in a municipal lot on Miller Road.
